KETO Mexican Pizza Recipe – Taco Bell Copycat 4 Net Carbs

Are you in the mood for an ooey and gooey ketogenic diet version of Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza? Look no further because here is a video of the recipe I've created that is only 4 net carbs per serving and just 16 net carbs for the ENTIRE pie dish.

The only things missing are the refried beans, and the low carb tortilla replaces the tostada shell that the traditional Mexican pizza uses.

The keto recipe is super easy to make and super KETOriffic. Click the play button and be sure to thumbs up the video with some love if you liked what you saw and tell me what you think in the comments below.

    • •Lay one 6 net carb tortilla onto greased pie dish ( I used la tortilla factory 6 net carb tortilla and greased dish with pam)
•Add layer of seasoned taco meat (1 tablespoon cumin, 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper)
•Lightly coat meat with Taco Bell’s taco sauce
•Add another 6 net carb tortilla
•Coat thin layer of Taco Bell’s hot sauce
      •Add diced tomatoes
•Sprinkle 1/2 cup kraft taco cheese (shredded)
•Add sliced green onions Bake on 450 for 10 min or until cheese is fully melted. 8 carbs for half the pie dish 16 for the whole pie dish. 4 net carbs for 1/4 of the pie dish. Technically LESS than 4 carbs because I rounded UP on the cheese and tomato carb count Allow cheese to cool and settle before slicing (unless of course, you don’t mind it messy )

*Note: In the video I used 1.5 lb ground beef (cooking for family of 5) and used 1 cup of that beef for Mexican pie shown. If you’re just making the one pie adjust the meat accordingly and reduce the seasonings to 1/4 tablespoon cumin and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
